General orders, which include items from "Pop Frenchie" and "Merch" take about 5 to 7 days for processing. We do offer expedited orders, which can be discussed upon individual request.

Due to the unique nature and craft process of our product, all illustrations and merchandise are final sale. However, we understand that life is not always perfect, so if you are not 100% satisfied, please follow up with us and we will try to work something out for you. Note that in order for your claim to be eligible, you need to reach out to us within the first week after receiving your order. Additionally, if you suspect a defect or damage, an item could be eligible for an exchange.
