Shipping Policy
We are a small operation and are working very hard to craft a polished product just for you, so we ask you to please allow us some time to process your order prior to shipping. General orders, which include items from "Pop Frenchie" and "Merch" take about 3 to 5 days for processing. All custom illustrations could take from 8 to 12 weeks for design and creation purposes. We do offer expedited orders, which can be discussed upon individual request.
Return & Exchange Policy
We pour our heart into each Fine Frenchie piece, so we hope that you love them as much as we do. Due to the unique nature and craft process of our product, all illustrations and merchandise are final sale. However, we understand that life is not always perfect, so if you are not 100% satisfied, please follow up with us and we will try to work something out for you. Note that in order for your claim to be eligible, you need to reach out to us within the first week after receiving your order. Additionally, if you suspect a defect or damage, an item could be eligible for an exchange.
